Are you having trouble losing weight? are you having a problem trying to put on muscle? I can help. This page is dedicated solely to giving people more options. You do not need to starve yourself to lose weight. Exercising is an important part of any weight loss/gain program. Exercising EFFICIENTLY is imperative. Nutrition is around 80% of your program. This is often the most overlooked avenue of fitness. In order to help you understand the importance of nutrition in your program, I will be offering a FREE Nutritional Seminar every 3rd Monday of each month from 7-7:30 PM for interested and existing clients. From 7:30-8 PM, I will be offering a FREE group fitness workout what includes many techniques that I use when I train my clients. We will be focusing on correct form, using interval/circuit training in your workouts, and more. In order to participate in the seminar you need to have a SPUNK membership or present a day pass at the front desk upon entry to the gym. We will go over pertinent information that will make a difference in your weight loss attempts. If anything, please use the information you take from this to implement into your own routine.
