The Family Recreation Center remains full of fun & fitness opportunities for the entire family. Located on the west side of Rock Springs, staff members work hard to keep this monumental indoor facility safe and clean for all ages to enjoy. The leisure pool continues to be a favorite play-place for the youth of our community - as it has numerous fun water activities for all. The FRC cardio-equipment is always clean and ready for your arrival. The FRC offers dozens of organized fitness classes each week for those who enjoy group exercise. Our ice arena staff continues to offer great ice skating opportunities for everyone. With an indoor walking/running track, indoor play area, ice skating rink, several gymnasiums, racquetball courts, two large swimming pools, multiple cardio & weight rooms and relaxing Jacuzzis, opportunities really do abound at this large recreation facility!
