California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is one of the nation's largest correctional systems with 112,000 inmates in 34 prisons, 3,800 in conservation camps, 8,600 out-of-state and 5,900 in other contract facilities, 670 juveniles and 45,000 parolees.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is dedicated to providing Safety, Service, and Security to California citizens and everyone who uses the thousands of miles of our state’s roadways.
