Welcome to Water Wings Swim School where learning how to swim is both enjoyable and effective. Water Wings is a year round swim school with indoor heated pools, that caters to the needs of children and adults of all ages and abilities. We pride our-self in teaching not only water safety but competitive swimming skills as well. Our goal is to provide high quality swimming instruction, using developmentally sound teaching methods, with patience, care, and a gentle approach. Water Wings Swim School is owned and operated by husband and wife Avi and Tracy Shafshak. With over 20 years of experience, Avi and Tracy Shafshak have been teaching, coaching and revolutionizing swimming lessons in the Las Vegas Area. Our 1st swim school opened in April 2003, located at the Merryhill private school in Las Vegas, Nevada and we have been continuing to grow ever since. We currently have five locations, serving the greater Las Vegas, Nevada Area, the San Fernando Valley, California Area and our 6th location scheduled to open in the summer 2015 in Agoura Hills, CA. While Avi has a background in Business, teaching swimming and swim school management, wife, Tracy has her background in competitive swimming, coaching and child psychology, together with the shared love of teaching and the water they make a great team for success.
At Dunham Jiu Jitsu we offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai as well as Strength and Conditioning. Whether you are a first time practitioner or a seasoned competitor you will find that we have a program to fit your needs. Adult and Kid classes are taught by owner and operator Evan Dunham, previously ranked within the top ten in the world for his weight division for professional Mixed Martial Arts. We offer 1-on-1 and Small Group Training for clients of most ages. In-home training is an additional service we offer, with fees commensurate to the commute and the Trainer coming to the residence or private gym. My current website is under construction.
SNYFT will seek private and public funds/grants to provide the identified services to be provided to the youth who volunteer to participate in the program. The personnel who will provide the services include: certified USPTA tennis professionals, certified educators, business leaders, sports medicine specialists, athletic trainers, college athletes, tennis clinicians, volunteers, and mentors.

We’re not muscle beach or a spin studio – what we are is a 35 minute heart-pumping, muscle-building cardio experience that builds a healthier you. Each time you walk through our studio doors we’ll push you to the edge, surprising you with what your body is capable of. The Basecamp Workout is a whirlwind of 30-1 minute exercises. It starts with one fast-paced minute on the Airdyne Bike. Then one minute off, doing an intense weight or bodyweight exercise. Then it’s back on the Airdyne for another minute. Then another minute off. Repeat this cycle for 30 rounds. Top that off with some abs and core exercises at the end and you’ve got yourself an exhilarating, calorie burning, body-toning, muscle building Basecamp Workout.
