The evolution of Las Vegas nightlife takes an exciting culinary turn with the opening of Andrea’s, a modern experiential dining concept in Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.
Featuring a new and alluring style of “vibe dining,” combining a unique dining and nightlife experience into one environment, the addition of Andrea’s will complete the expansive Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub entertainment complex becoming the first Wynn Las Vegas restaurant to be fully integrated into a nightclub.
About the Design
Andrea’s interiors were conceived as a metaphorical portrait frame around the allure of modern women. Contemporary and chic, the room is rendered in hues of cream, cognac, pearl, and gold that complement architectural forms which are simultaneously sinuous & structured.
Finishes are inspired by contemporary fashions, in particular glamorous footwear and handbags made of opulent materials such as gilt leather and couture crystal details.
Furnishings of supreme comfort elevate the art of “pose& repose” and present seated guests to one another in a distinctly fashionable aspect. From demure to flirty, the room provokes moods that are inspired by various seating compositions ranging from 6 intimate tete-a-tete enclaves to an elevated see-and-be-seen stage of under-lit frost colored velvet sofas awash in the ambient sparkle and glow of 1,000 champagne tinted venetian glass teardrops.
As a companion experience to the adjacent Encore Beach Club and Surrender Night club, Andrea’s completes the experience of this highly dynamic confluence of dining & entertainment within one of the worlds most renowned nighttime entertainment destinations. The focus at Milos is always on finding the best the world has to offer: the best produce, the best honey, the best yogurt, and certainly the best fish and seafood. Through extensive travel and research, we have hand selected and developed close relationships with our suppliers, mostly farmers and fishermen that provide Milos with these important materials. They range from small family-owned fishing companies in the mediterranean islands and shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, to independent North American fishermen. All are dedicated to delivering fish and seafood with a commitment to freshness, exceptional quality and respect for the environment. A lot of our produce is grown on organic farms all over the U.S. and Canada. We have located premier sources for each product. The highly praised yogurt at Milos is made of 100% goat’s milk at a family-owned goat farm about 80 km west of Montreal. The sublime honey drizzled atop the yogurt comes direct from the small island of Kythira in the Aegean Sea. The bees there feed only on wild thyme flowers, which results in the intoxicating floral flavours of this exceptional honey. And of course, our exceptional extra virgin olive oil, sold at our three locations; Montreal, New York and Athens, as well as fine food stores in Canada and the U.S. under the brand name “My Sister’s Olive Oil”.
Marquee offers an elite nightlife & dayclub experience inside the The Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. Marquee goes above the rest by offering not only an incredible 60,000 square foot venue, but also a year round ultra-pool club that is transformed into the hottest dayclub in Las Vegas in the summer months. The dayclub features grand cabanas with individual infinity pools and even 3 story Bungalow Lofts, complete with a cabana, living quarters, and a party-deck on top.
