Established in 1993. The first and current restaurant was opened for business in 1993, located in the center of Los Angeles Chinatown. Hop Woo opened with only 8 tables, and have since moved to our current location next door to accommodate more guests. Our business grows with the help of our sincere and loyal guests and friends. This restaurant began with the Husband as Chef, Wife as Waitress, along with their 8 tables. Both Lupe and Judy individually immigrated to the United States from China to chase the American dream. Along the way they made a pit stop in Tijuana, Mexico, where they picked up some Spanish before continuing their journey to California. Hop Woo defines their American dream, all the people, customers, and friends that come through the restaurant help keep their dream a reality. Our own Alley Dogs made the bacon wrapped hot dogs famous in Los Angeles. Thousands of people come every week for our quarter pound hot dogs wrapped in crunchy bacon and also enjoy our Mexican and Central American specialties. Casual Full Service Mexican Restaurant in Downtown LA, Historic Core

Auntie Em's Kitchenette is the little sister to Auntie Em's Kitchen in Eagle Rock. We serve breakfast and lunch and cocktails and small bites at night. We are located in the Historic Core in DTLA. On Sundays for the Farmers Market from 9am-2pm we serve brunch and killer Bloody Marys and Mimosas.

Le Petit Paris is the vision of Cannes-based restaurateurs David and Fanny Rolland. The 400 seat restaurant brings a quintessential brasserie dining experience to Downtown LA’s Historic Core. Under the direction of Executive Chefs Baptiste Grellier and Jeremie Cazes, Le Petit Paris offers brunch, lunch, and dinner and has a retail store, “La Boutique,” which showcases exclusive French specialty products and display art from some of France’s most notable artists. Le Petit Paris provides a tranquil, bright dining venue during the day and transforms into an upscale lounge atmosphere at night – DJ included. While both Fanny and David were born in Northern France, the two relocated to Cannes with their families when they were young. Shortly after meeting, the husband and wife duo decided to turn their dreams into reality by opening Miramar Plage on La Croisette and the original Le Petit Paris, both located in Cannes. It was second nature for the Rollands, both having spent many years in the restaurant industry. Los Angeles’ Le Petit Paris is housed in the El Dorado Building, originally built in 1913. The restaurant, designed by the Rollands, features multiple skylights, two bars, a mezzanine level and a large outdoor patio.

Cicada Restaurant and Bar has been a part of The Historic Core District in Downtown Los Angeles since its move from West Hollywood. The magnificent Renee Lalique front doors opened for business on May 15, 1997. Cicada has become a favorite place for filming, special events (especially weddings), the best Vintage Supper Club in LA called Cicada Club on some Fridays and some Sundays, and for the restaurants delicious food and gorgeous decor.
