Growing up and living across the African continent, from Morocco to Congo, Guinea, Cote d'Ivoire and Benin, the Timbuktu native creates flavored, deeply satisfying dishes for your daily consumption, party, meeting or event. Fresh, organic ingredients are the mainstays of her menus, but her penchant for juxtaposing unexpected flavors and accents lifts her dishes above the commonplace. She partners with local farms in and around Boston to provide its clients with fresh organic products.
Spinelli’s Pasta & Pastry shop was established in East Boston by the Roberto Family in 1983. Since then they have added a Function Facility in East Boston in the Heart of Day Square. In 2000 they opened their second location on pristine Lake Suntaug in Lynnfield. Today, the Roberto Family remains actively involved in the daily operations of Spinelli’s East Boston, Spinelli’s Lynnfield, Spinelli’s Off Premise Catering and Spinelli’s Pasta & Pastry Shops. The family continues to instill within their staff the deeply rooted values of hard work and a firm dedication to customer satisfaction.
