Four Star Tennis Academy consists of a wide variety of programs ranging from beginner, intermediate and high school groups. The academy also consists of selective programs such as the Young Tournament Players Groups which is directed by Raul Iriarte, the Four Star Prodigies which is directed by David Kwon, and the Supernationals program which is directed by Bear Schofield and Steve Miguel.
Our objective is to selectively expand the delivery of our general contracting services to a range of new clients, while maintaining our long standing relationships with existing clients utilizing proven subcontractors. In this endeavor, we are currently qualified to perform the following construction related services: Office, Retail and Restaurant Medical/Dental Multi-Family/Residential Government Services Service Departments Base Building Design Build Design Build Approach Signet’s direct design involvement, with Client, the Architect, and the Engineer, is a proven project delivery program. Signet will expedite, manage, and document the process so that the entire team is positioned to fulfill their unique roles. A full-time senior project manager will consult, manage, and be directly involved with design, development, permitting, estimating, and construction delivery. Residential & Commercial Service Signet can assist with minor repairs or major renovations in both the Residential and Commercial arenas. Our experienced staff will consult and manage the entire process. Our Design Build Services are also provided by our Service Departments. Construction Management Signet will expedite, manage, and document the process so that the entire team is positioned to fulfill their unique roles. Our role contributes to productive meetings, cost effectiveness, quality design, and expedited delivery. Conceptual Estimates Drawing upon experience, historical data, knowledgeable subcontractors, industry standards, and our construction database software systems, Signet provides detailed budgets, estimates, analysis, and comparative data that are reviewed and discussed in detail by the entire project team in order to conduct a complete evaluation. Our integrated approach fosters long-term value, quality, and affordability to manifest in the project delivery of our Clients project requirements. Construction Estimates The final estimate represents a clear picture of the costs we expect to incur during the construction of the project.
