One of my bucket list items was to have a restaurant and it has been one of the most challenging jobs that I have had. Hours are grueling. Having fantastic customers and a sandwich which turns out golden brown makes it worth it. My intentions was to have a place that didn't have all the same old same old. I think I have accomplished that. I have a different Special of the Week every week. The sandwich is the same all week but the soup changes during the week. Many days I make an abundance of soup and use it the next day but to me soup is better the second day anyway. I cook at the restaurant just like I do at home. I like to change things up. I might use a french bread for sloppy joes one time or next time put them in a pita. Must be the Gemini in me.
Restaurant capable of catering any event, from private parties, golf tournaments, baby showers, bridal showers to an elegant dinner for two. You can place orders for hot or cold Hors D'oeuvres. We provide an affordable lunch & dinner menu through the week. We also do a Brunch buffet on Sunday.
