Bayless School District is charged with providing free and appropriate public education for school aged students residing within our district. Projects like this Field Project are governed by a Board of Education approved Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) which sets forth the performance benchmarks and indicators which we seek to achieve in serving our students and our community. Specifically, the Field Project relates to Bayless CSIP Goal 3, which requires that we "Provide and maintain appropriate instructional resources, support services, and functional and safe facilities." Goal 3, Strategy 1 requires that "100% of short and long range plans will maintain appropriate, safe facilities and grounds according to MSIP desirable standards, board policy, and local regulations.
