The Executive Associate Program at MGM Resorts International is available to both current MBA students and recent MBA graduates. The Summer Executive Associate Program allows current business school students to apply their skills and experience to a challenging job in the corporate sector of the hospitality industry over a 10-week period. The Full-Time Executive Associate Program gives MBA graduates the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across a variety of potential functional areas that contribute to the operating performance and strategic direction of the Company. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and strategically, as well as possess strong communication skills. Candidates should exhibit an interest in the gaming and hospitality industry, be capable of making sound recommendations based on limited or imperfect information, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while working in a demanding and entrepreneurial environment.
