Our Facebook page (“Page”) is a forum where participants can share their passion for our events. We value this community and are excited to hear from and interact with you. However, it is important to note that postings to the Facebook Page (“Third-Party Content”) by users of the Page (“User” or “Users”) are not representative of the opinions of the brand or its owner, RFE.
RFE reserves the right to monitor and to remove any Third-Party Content that it determines is in violation of Facebook’s Terms and Policies (https://www.facebook.com/policies), as well as any Third-Party Content that:
• Is obscene, lewd, lascivious, or filthy;
• Includes spam content;
• Contains any viruses, Easter eggs, worms, bots, Trojan horses or potentially damaging computer programs, code, malware or files;
• Uses any third party trademarks or services marks or the name of any third party’s products, offerings, services, brands, or trademarks;
• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, violent, derogatory, discriminatory or defamatory;
• Is false, deceptive, misleading, or deceitful;
• Infringes another party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or other rights;
• Violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation or encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense or may result in civil liability;

• Is off-topic or irrelevant;
• Is unintelligible; or
• Is otherwise objectionable.
By viewing the Page, you acknowledge that any Third-Party Content uploaded by anyone other than RFE is the view, opinion, creation or representation of the User, and does not represent the opinion of RFE. In other words, RFE is not responsible for the accuracy of any claims, information, or advice included in Third-Party Content posted by Users of the page. Further, RFE does not endorse any Third-Party Content on this page, including, for example, participant photographs or advice submitted as Third-Party Content.
RFE reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to remove any Third Party-Content in its sole discretion.
