Our lovely executive fully air conditioned villa is located at Highgate Park, which is on highway 27 fifteen minutes’ drive to Disney World. The accommodation consists of master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. All bedrooms have TV’s with DVD players. Our home is beautifully furnished and very well equipped with all kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. All towels and bed linen are provided. The lounge has cable TV, DVD, Xbox with sliding doors onto the pool deck. There is also a large formal living room with sofa bed. The fully screened south facing pool and spa has an enlarged deck and plenty of deck furniture making it the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the attractions. Our home has a games room with pool table, air hockey and darts. Highgate Park is a gated community between I4 and 192, within the gates there is a play area and tennis court for use by villa guests. Our home also has free local telephone calls and complimentary WIFI – bring your own laptop!

Golf: Polo Park is a fun (kid friendly) 9 hole executive course located at the Polo Park Golf Course facility in Davenport, FL. From the longest tees it presents 1,246 yards of golf for a par of 28. This golf course is perfect for relaxing and perfecting your short game as well as possibly teaching your kids to golf. Our private Florida villa is just a 15 minute drive away from Walt Disney World and in close proximity to all major attractions. Our villa provides an ideal retreat for families and golfing parties alike. It is situated on US Highway 27, just south of US Highway 192 at Davenport. Built in 2003 our modern home was newly refurbished in May 2008 and is situated on the prestigous Highlands Reserve Golf Course community which is beautifully kept. Our villa is next to the Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course and driving range which all our guests have access to. Also available to our guests on Highlands Reserve is a community swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area.
