The Scottish Rite Temple, formerly the Fowler Methodist Episcopal Church, is a historic church building in the Lowry Hill neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. It was designed by architects Warren H. Hayes and Harry Wild Jones. The original portion, the rear chapel, was designed by Warren H. Hayes and built in 1894. When the congregation expanded and more funds were available, Harry Wild Jones designed an addition that expanded it to a much larger structure. This was completed in 1906.The Fowler congregation merged with the Hennepin Avenue Methodist Church in 1915, and the Scottish Rite Temple bought the building the next year. They made some modifications to the auditorium to accommodate Masonic rituals, but most of the original features were kept, including extensive use of stained glass. The exterior is built of hard quartzite from southwestern Minnesota, along with red sandstone trim. It has two massive towers, three arches over the entry porch, and a 24ft rose window. The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

Mix Jessica’s knowledge of DIY projects, interior design and home décor with Mollie’s design expertise and enthusiasm, and we’ve got a duo that’s ready to conduct labs for all things creative!

Each year, Project SUCCESS motivates and inspires over 11,600 middle and high school students in 16 Minneapolis and Saint Paul public schools to define their needs, work hard to live up to their potential and achieve their dreams. We do this through three inter-linked program services delivered continuously to each student in every school we serve, for as many as seven years: 1) monthly goal-setting workshops in every English classroom, using our proven curriculum specifically designed for the students at each grade level; 2) theater experiences that act as a springboard for discussion, family bonding and community building, and are offered at least 8 times annually to students and families at no cost, including transportation and childcare; and 3) special programs that offer more opportunities for students to refine their goals, build confidence, and take part in new experiences, such as college tours, artistic experiences, BWCA trips and one-on-one counseling.
Our vision will work to to diligently encourage & support African American, & other male, MCTC students towards retention & graduation. we will demonstrate African American & other diverse students' achievements & serve as a model program for colleges & universities in Minnesota. Finally, we will promote diversity, peace, care, & love amongst the MCTC community, student body, faculty, staff, & administration.
MCTC's Cinema programs offer the most affordable film production education in the country. Courses in these film school programs require a high level of commitment. Your instructors are passionate about what they teach and they will hold you to professional standards and expectations. The resources and facilities in these innovative programs are outstanding and include film as well as electronic production and post-production equipment.
The Double Eagles act as a bridge between the Scottish Rite and the Blue Lodges. They serve as a conduit to inform the Blue Lodges of the activities of the Scottish Rite, work on programs that will be of joint benefit to the two Masonic bodies and, very importantly, act as an informational body to assist Blue Lodge brethren in their journey into further light in Masonry. Members appointed to serve the Valley in this capacity will be named a "Double Eagle" and take upon themselves the following obligation: ● To act as a liaison between the Scottish Rite and the Blue Lodges ● To assist Master Masons in advancing to the Scottish Rite ● To assist other committees of the Scottish Rite in member retention ● To act as a vehicle to communicate Scottish Rite events to the Blue Lodges ● To act as an outreach contact to Blue Lodges in the outlying areas Edward H.
