The Washington University in St.Louis, Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts, Collaborative Technology Center (CTC), which seeks to promote the integration of digital and evolving technologies through research, learning, and teaching.
Kids' Place is an after school program serving elementary school students in University City, MO. The program operates five afternoons a week. Monday through Thursday are regular programming days, which offer individual tutoring services and an educational and entertaining curriculum. Fridays are Odyssey of the Mind days, where participating students practice teamwork and creative problem solving.

Undergraduate Student Organizations: Pride Alliance: Pride Alliance is a multi-focus lesbian, gay, genderqueer, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex (also known as DSD, or disorder of sex differentiation and development), ally, and asexual (LGBTQIA) organization open to all Washington University students—regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Open: Open hosts support meetings for those at any stage of the coming out process every two weeks which are peer facilitated. All meetings are confidential. Safe Zones: Safe Zones is a peer education group that educates student groups and classes on LGBTQIA issues in a safe, comprehensive learning environment. Transcending Gender: Transcending Gender (TG) is a student-run group that offers a safe space for individuals who wish to discuss and find support for their gender identity. TG also seeks to aid other student groups in the efforts to educate the campus about trans* experiences and issues. Alternative Lifestyles Association: The Alternative Lifestyles Association is a Student Union recognized group at Washington University in St. Louis dedicated to bringing resources to the Washington University campus and the St. Louis community in an effort to promote healthy attitudes towards sex and sexuality. WashU China Care focuses on fundraising for medical surgeries for disadvantaged Chinese orphans in China as well as raising awareness about the issues they face. We also have two mentorship programs for local adopted Chinese children, Dumplings Playgroup and Big Sister, Little Sister Program, which allow adoptees to learn about Chinese culture as well as build friendships with other adoptees and college-age mentors. In the summer, a group of volunteers travel to Beijing to volunteer in the China Care Home, a healing home that provides care and nurture to orphans before and after surgery.

Celebrate Fitness attracts as many as 1400 registrants. Participants choose from one of eight different workouts – zumba, water aerobics, yoga, bootcamp, 5k and 10k competitive runs, a 5k walk or 1 mile funwalk. All workouts are led by local fitness professionals.

Since 2002 we have been steadily improving our park, including installing sprinklers, fountains, irrigation, lights, heated dog bowls and most recently poured concrete walkways. Originally encompassing what is now known as the 'small side,' the 'large side' was added in 2009. There are a total of 3 separate areas for dogs to use with plenty of toys, tennis balls and frisbees to play with. Mutt Mitts are provided as well.
