While pork is the starlet of the show, the menu offers a variety of dishes to satisfy all preferences, including non-pork and vegetarian options. Saucy Porka was born from chefs Amy Le and Rafael Lopez blending comfort foods and recreating home-style dishes. These saucy creations pay homage to the cooking of their Asian and Latin roots.
