Natural Way of Living and Secrets of Natural Walking was established by Irmansyah Effendi, Msc on the 6th February 2014 as a company that provides training in the form of seminars as well as training centers to help others to be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthier by using our physical body more in accordance to the way it was created by the Creator. The first program from Natural Way of Living is the Secrets of Natural Walking (SONW) training, which was launched officially in January 2014 in three cities in Indonesia: Bandung, Jakarta and Semarang with over 500 happy participants. Many participants were able to experience tangible results in an exceptionally short period of time, even before the workshop ended or just several days afterwards. Physical problems that needed surgery disappeared completely. A more proportional body shape and appropriate weight than the result of going to the gym routinely 3-4x/week. Moses Goldstein, BS Biology, LMBT (NC license #6887) Part biology geek, part wild animal nature boy... Mo is an exuberant, joyful human who plans to grow older while maintaining a childish curiosity. As the son of a holistic midwife and a woodcrafter, he grew up in a wood heated home nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Surrounded and enthralled by abundant wildlife, he spent much of his time swimming in clear rivers and murky ponds, climbing trees, and running barefoot through the woods. (He still does all of these whenever the opportunity arises). A lifelong science student, Mo combines both joyful experience and a deep understanding of human anatomy in his approach to ensuring natural human movement through massage and careful, attentive movement coaching. While earning his BS in Biology from UNC Charlotte, Mo Goldstein massaged many of his friends to ease the stress of studying or help them recover from playtime injuries. These wise friends encouraged him to drop his plans for a career in microbiology and genetic research and instead become a massage therapist. In 1999, Mo graduated with honors from the renown Boulder College of Massage Therapy and began his massage career in earnest. Mo has been touching lives by the thousands ever since. Working in both private practice and in world class spas, Mo quickly developed a reputation for his unique approach to massage. The term “mo-ssage” created by some of his first clients gives reference to his nickname, but more so to the moving, three-dimensional style of his bodywork. Drawing from experience in numerous martial arts and dance forms, a "mo-ssage" can vary in both technique and pressure from very gentle to very deep, depending on the individual needs of each client. With an approach based on a thorough understanding of human anatomy, your session may combine elements of many bodywork modalities: Thai massage, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, myofascial release, conscious breath, and humor melt together into an enjoyable and effective customized treatment.
