On-site hair and make up services for any type of event from a work party, first date, to your wedding day, you're covered! I am in the Atlanta area and am willing to travel for any clients. My passion is making clients feel beautiful and feel comfortable in their own skin(or HAIR) I love being in this industry. The first time I ever remember feeling 100% beautiful and on top of the world was leaving the salon after getting my first set of highlights and a fresh long layered cut. Right then and there I knew what I wanted to do and how I wanted everyone to feel. I prefer onsite jobs because sometimes getting to the salon can be a hassle in itself. I enjoy working on clients in the comfort of their own home.

Mind Body Sanctuary The western approach to medicine has put emphasis on the mind and the body as separate entities. However, for generations after generations and for thousands of years the Eastern and more cultured approaches to therapeutic modalities have counted the mind and the body as one of the same. For over a decade our aim has been providing a holistic approach to provide therapy. Our services include but not limited to Cupping Therapy, Myofascial Unwinding, Massage Therapy, Sports. For more information and to make an appointment with Jenny please call 267-614-1122 What is Myofascial Unwinding? During Myofascial unwinding, the therapist stimulates the fascia by applying gentle touch and stretching. Touch and stretching induce relaxation and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. They also activate the central nervous system, which is involved in the modulation of muscle tone as well as movement. As a result, the central nervous system is aroused and responds by encouraging muscles to find an easier, or more relaxed, position. The therapist adds compression to the joints in the area or holds a part of the body in a relaxed position. The unwinding process can be carried out either on the body as a whole or on specific body parts such as arms, legs, the neck, and even the jaw. For example, in arm and shoulder unwinding, the client lies supine while the therapist lifts an arm. The arm is then supported under the therapist’s elbow and wrist, and a light compression toward the shoulder joint can be added. After a while, the therapist will sense movements around the shoulder joint. The therapist then follows any hint of movement without directing or forcing it. What is Deep Tissue Massage? Deep-tissue massage is a specific type of massage therapy that concentrates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body; and recommended by many doctors as a treatment option. By using deep finger pressure and slow, firm strokes, deep tissue massage is used to treat a variety of physical ailments. Deep Tissue improves blood pressure, rehabilitates injured muscles and is a great stress reliever. What is Sports massage? A Sports massage is ideal to treat injuries and as well as a preventative treatment dealing with the health of muscle and connective tissue, range of movement, tone, symmetry, balance of muscle and quality of posture. If there is pain or discomfort, loss of mobility or restriction of movement, we as soft tissue specialists can treat and hopefully cure your aliment. If there is a sporting activity or a training schedule being followed regularly, treatments can enhance performance and improve mobility.
