We managed two award winning Philly Steak shops in Philly now bringing the Best of Philly to Las Vegas. Our cheese steaks are as good as any place in Philadelphia, and outside Philly, we have the Best Philly Steaks in the country. About Tail & Fin Tail & Fin is a quick-service fusion restaurant where people can combine their favorite flavors and ingredients from around the world, with fresh raw fish, for a healthy meal on-the-go. Guests pick their ingredients from the Japanese-inspired menu created by one of Nobu’s Executive Chefs, Karu Wedhas, and design their own dish using fresh fish and tasty ingredients. A new addition to a local bakery, making made from scratch pastires, seasonal breakfast and lunch items daily. We will also be offering fresh brewed coffee from Frankly Good Coffee, a local coffee roaster, and tea from Joy's Teaspoon. The menu will range from croissants, muffins, danishes and scones, sandwiches, breakfast turnovers and move. We will also be selling breads all made from sourdough starter. Mama Ripsy does all the cooking daily from scratch and uses only top quality, authentic Greek products. At Yanni’s Gyros, we feature traditional and contemporary Greek cuisine. Our succulent lamb and chicken are presented in a variety of dishes, including the traditional Gyro, a Greek-style sandwich wrap, to gourmet plates and kabobs. Complementing our main dishes we have freshly made, Moussaka (an egg-plant dish with layers of egg-plant, minced meat and potato topped with béchamel sauce), Pasticcio (a type of macaroni made with minced meat and béchamel sauce), Dolmades (stuffed grape leaves, made from rice and wine leaves sprinkled with oil and lemon) and, of course, our traditional Greek Salads. Pita Pit was founded on the idea that people want an exciting alternative to fast food restaurants—a place with great tasting food that’s healthy, fresh, and still served fast. (Because who isn’t burned out on burgers and pizza, and bottomed out on subs?) So Pita Pit ditched all the heavy breads and buns—along with the higher carbs and fat that today’s health-conscious consumers are trying to avoid. Instead, we came up with our own special light and tasty Lebanese-style pitas. And we vowed to fill them with only the good stuff. Leaner, savory meats that could be grilled to perfection. Unique flavorful cheeses. A larger choice of crisp, fresh veggies. And exotic toppings, including our own zesty signature sauces. Our pitas were also developed with a special fold, so these tantalizing flavors could be all rolled into one. This "fresh thinking and healthy eating" could now be served up quickly for people on the go. And for those who weren’t in a hurry, we designed our restaurants to provide a casual and fun atmosphere—part of which includes friendly employees who are good at what they do and treat every customer as special. History Established in April 2015 Master Chef Lim – an Indonesian born known to the locals Las Vegan as “Lim” – is the acclaimed and highly influential master chef proprietor of Teppan Bento “Teppanyaki Fusion”. Teppan Bento is a young eatery (3 months old) is love & approved by locals and tourist abroad that made it an instant success today. Chef Lim’s struggle and rise was not an easy one. with over a decade of culinary experience accrued from various world renowned restaurants (Hamada, Shizen, Benihana, Tetsu he decided to venture out with his beloved wife Sari and nephew Kevin and son Michael to bring a whole new granular style of Teppanyaki grill by serving superior grade food “Superior USDA grade products only” to the locals and locals budget, as he understands their extraordinary efforts to making Las Vegas the place it is today, as he himself was not long ago a loyal and dedicated servant to the world. With such magnificent talent and dedications to Teppan Bento and hope with the blessings of his colleagues and locals alike it would be his ultimate honor to open more locations throughout the valley to simply say thank you for accepting my talents by coming to Teppan Bento.
