Duos Lounge works with a variety of small and large farms throughout the Pacific Northwest that provide specialty meats, seafood, and produce. On our menu you will find 100% grass fed and pasture raised beef, handcrafted pork, and sustainably raised free roaming poultry; all of which contain no steroids, hormones, coloring, or antibiotics. Our seafood is procured to order which affords us some of the freshest seafood in Seattle. We are proud to serve the ultra-sweet Weathervane scallop, hand-picked Dungeness crab, and of course, the best fish seasonally available. We celebrate these authentic and natural products by pairing them with our hand-made breads and pastas, from scratch sauces, and great Northwest produce. The newly renovated hall is conveniently located in the West Seattle triangle and is a 10 minute drive from downtown Seattle. Pershing Hall is focused on promoting, strengthening and supporting the Seattle Arts scene. In addition to the main stage at Pershing Hall, the building is also the (soon-to-be) home of the Speakeasy Bar and Napoleon Café. *Pershing Hall is the name of the event space located within the newly renovated West Seattle American Legion Hall Post 160. We operates through the West Seattle Veterans Center in support of Veterans Organizations; the Hall is located inside of the West Seattle American Legion Hall Post 160.
Room 22 is a private dining facility adjoined to the certified Neapoliltan Pizzeria 22 in the beautiful Admiral District of West Seattle. Opened in the Spring of 2014, Room 22 offers an authentic Italian decor and vibrance to your next event. Built in 1906, Room 22 features original 20 foot high coved ceilings and two large family style dining tables accommodating up to 56 guests. Room 22 is the perfect event facility for wedding receptions, wedding rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, banquets and corporate functions.
TRACK & FIELD When does track meet? The Seattle Frontrunners Track Team meets on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM at West Seattle Stadium. The address is 4432 35th Avenue SW, Seattle, WA 98126. We’d love for you to join us! Who can join? The Seattle Frontrunners Track & Field Team is diverse in membership and in our goals. Our male and female members range in age from the 20s to 80s. We enjoy working out together, and many of us compete at track meets. We have sprinters, middle distance runners, marathoners, race walkers, long jumpers, high jumpers, hurdlers, javelin and discus throwers, shot putters, pentathletes and decathletes. Some of us are fast, some of us are not so fast. Some of us are strong . . . you get the idea. It's a supportive place for trying new skills or renewing old ones. You can have fun working on your fitness in a variety of ways.
