Rene Sanning is the owner and designer of Rene Rene, an integral piece of the Little Five Points' boutique culture since 1987! All of her designs are inspired by 1940's and 50's old movies, with a twist- a little more modern here and there. The clothing has always been produced her studio in Atlanta! This means every aspect of Rene Rene supports local workers and we also have less environmental impact not getting our inventory shipped! She designs very limited numbers of designs, usually 2-4 of each (for sizing differences.) We only buy as much fabric as we need, and make as many pieces as we can from the fabric, and to produce less waste, we use the additional fabric from the pattern-cutting process to make matching hats! We also get all of our accessories from local designers, which means everything you see in the store is a local effort, and something you'll never find anywhere else!
