Biltmore operates its farm and field-to-table program with estate-grown greens, berries, eggs, beef, and lamb, and partnerships with farmers in Western North Carolina for locally-sourced trout, cheese, beef, and pork for our restaurants.
Get Outdoors with the family!...Paddle 7 miles of calm-water on the French Broad River through the Biltmore Estate. Relax on kayaks, rafts, canoes or stand-up paddle boards. Bicycle 3 miles of the French Broad River Greenway Trail or mine for gems, minerals and fossils. Have your special event on our beautifully landscaped river-front location. Private stand-up paddleboard lessons and Guided 7-mile trips are also available. All river trips dependent upon water level and weather. Please call for availability and conditions.
