Member Events The Petroleum Club offers many exciting member events, such as Sponsored Thursday Evening events, Wine Dinners, Weekly Wine Tasting with live music, Last Friday Jazz, Family Nights, and much more. Please refer to our monthly calendar for a complete list of upcoming events. Reciprocal Clubs Members of the Petroleum Club are also entitled to enjoy guest privileges at many fine private clubs around the world. These clubs operate independently of each other and the PCA; therefore they follow their own rules and regulations. PCA members can make a reservation directly with a reciprocal club, with a faxed letter of introduction from the PCA prior to your visit. For accounting purposes, members must settle their charges directly with the visiting club. Please contact the PCA office or front desk if you need any assistance in making a reservation at a reciprocal club. Business Meetings & Catering Ranging from business lunches in the Dining Room to client presentations in our private rooms, or after-work cocktails in the lounge, the Club offers an ideal venue for business and pleasure. The Petroleum Club offers breakfasts, luncheons, snacks and dinners designed to meet your group’s needs. To assist you in an efficient manner, the Petroleum Club offers a variety of services, including audio/visual equipment, telephone conferencing, and dance floors. Our staff is prepared to attend to your every need. Our facility is uniquely equipped to provide you with the finest services and dining experience. We are also happy to assist in off-site events at your home or place of business. Our kitchen staff can cater any function, from private dinner parties and meetings to spectacular banquets. The Club’s menus are only an outline for your planning. Our Event Coordinator and Head Chef are ready to help you arrange your event to your exact specifications. To assure your event’s success, we are happy to accommodate diet-restricted guests with prior notice. Cocktail Lounge The Petroleum Club Lounge is the perfect place to meet friends and business associates for informal get-together's in the afternoon or evening. The cocktail lounge is a relaxing setting for meeting friends and enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres after work prior to dinner. The lounge is also the ideal location for a quick meal or to view televised sporting events on one of the many televisions located throughout the bar. The Petroleum Club has one of the most extensive wine cellars in the state. Our digital Captain’s List provides an exceptional selection of wines to compliment your meal. Fine Dining The Petroleum Club’s cuisine and service are second-to-none. Traditional dishes or gourmet menus are offered to satisfy the most discriminating of tastes. Fine Food & Impeccable Service Our club members can always expect quality food and service. From a formal banquet to a casual dinner with family and friends, your desires will always be satisfied. The elegant Main Dining Room is the centerpiece of the Petroleum Club for fine dining and evening entertainment. Whether it be a business function or an evening of dining and dancing, you will revel in the warm ambiance. Private Dining Rooms The Petroleum Club offers two private rooms off of our Main Dining Room. The Prudhoe room seats up to 24 guests, and the Swanson can accommodate up to 9. The Prudhoe and Swanson rooms are also o be combined to fit up to 40 guests for a stand-up function, or up to 24 guests with a private buffet. These exquisite rooms provide an atmosphere or warmth and intimacy, with just the right tough of elegant comfort for you and your guests.
Catered Blessings began in the summer of 1998. Our first event was a baby shower for 90+ people. It was then that I, Tamara Josey, owner and chef discovered that I truly loved serving people. I also realized that while spending only a little of myself I could bring priceless joy to the hearts of my clients and their guests. I have done miraculous things from this home grown business and have enjoyed them all. Since then I have obtained my associates degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management with honors. Catered Blessings may have started small, but the desire to satisfy each of our clients needs is still very big. Catered Blessings prides itself on providing a quality product to our customer for the very best price. Once your special event has concluded I want you to feel that not only the product and service you received was exceptional, but well worth if not excedant of the price paid for it. Catered Blessings believes each event is unique that is why we are never limited to items listed on the menu. Customizing our themed buffets and services to fit each client’s specific needs and budget is our specialty. We truly believe that no event is too small and every thought when guided with inspiration can turnout to be something great. Catered Blessings later decided to shift its focus for awhile and explore the dessert side first. Thus the birth of Dessert First, it was here I really dove into the many wonderful flavor creations that make our fantastic mouth watering treats. Dessert First takes pride in knowing that they not only create desserts that look amazing but also taste it. Dessert First has taken age old family recipes and turned them into memories in your mouth. Expanding this venture into its own internet specialty coffeehouse cafe seemed to be the next logical step. Here Dessert First provides our customers with desserts, a la carte or whole made to order, specialty coffees and beverages, sandwiches, salads and soups, while still catering to the public. Catered Blessings will continue to branch out in the community bringing forth goodness through our foods and desserts. At this time Catered Blessings and Dessert First only provide food and nonalcoholic beverage services.
