About Beacon of Hope Hospice: Beacon of Hope Hospice provides services to patients in their homes, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities. In addition to providing services to our patients, we also provide a period of respite for the family, if needed. All services related to a terminal illness are covered fully by Medicare & Medicaid, and most insurances. Performance Orthopaedic & Sports Therapy (POST) is a multi-disciplinary physical therapy and chiropractic office specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
