The Ale House takes our mantra of “Good Food, Good Drink and Good Cheer” to its highest level yet. Come feast on handcrafted fare, explore Colorado’s best craft beers, sip on a fantastic glass of wine or a killer cocktail – all while taking in the neighborhood’s most jaw-dropping views from our rooftop patio, open-air bar or inviting dining room. Inside we pay tribute to Colorado craft brewing with 42 beers on tap, starting with a delicious dozen from our beer-mad scientists at Breckenridge Brewery. But ours is a big-picture focus: we showcase 25 beers from our favorite Colorado comrades, including inventions from our allies at Wynkoop Brewing. The beer lineup changes daily, so stop in often to try the Colorado craft industry’s latest and greatest. Bigger fan of grape than grain? Our 20+ list of thoughtfully chosen wines includes premium selections from every locale, including Colorado. Highlights of our in-state wine list include creations from Denver’s own Infinite Monkey Theorem. If spirits are what move you, we have a handcrafted cocktail list that makes our most discerning LoHi neighbors swoon. Many of these drinks are built with small-batch, Colorado-made liquors and local ingredients. This same obsession with quality shows in our painstakingly prepared food. Our diverse upscale casual menu features local ingredients whenever possible and, what else, craft beer. Our promise is simple: deliver an exceptional dining experience and high-quality fare at a price as comfortable as our neighborhood. Our name pays homage to Amato of Denver, a family-owned fountain and statuary business that operated here from 1947 until 2010. The Amato tradition continues one block north of us and sculptures from our artful namesake can be found throughout our place. The Ale House at Amato’s is located at the port of entry into Denver’s LoHi district, facing the Millennium pedestrian bridge at the corner of 16th and Central Streets. See you soon, The Ale House at Amato’s

Steps from the Millennium Bridge in the heart of Denver’s RiverFront Park neighborhood, La Biblioteca is acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval’s newest venture. Modeled after Sandoval’s esteemed New York City concept, “the Library of Tequila,” serves up a collection of his personal favorite tequila selections and a scrumptious menu of Latin-Asian inspired cuisine ranging from freshly prepared sushi, delectable wok dishes to carefully-curated small plates, soups and salads. Featuring tequilas aged between seven days to 250 years, this intimate restaurant concept transitions into a high-energy, late-night lounge boasts one of the largest collections of tequilas and agave spirits in the nation. In fact, premium tequila bottles adorn the walls and are organized in categories to create La Biblioteca’s overall library theme. Here, guests can “check-out” bottles of tequila instead of books and have them stored in a personal locker. How do I avoid the wait / what is the best time to come in? We open daily at 5pm, take reservations Sunday through Wednesday, and usually are on a wait. Plan to come early put your name on the list (we only take names in person), and we will call you as soon as we have space. How do I make a reservation? We have a small number of tables reserved for your convenience Sunday through Wednesday; just give us a call 303.997.8886 Can I reserve a specific table, or seat at the bar? Due to our small size, we cannot reserve the any specific spot but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Can I sit wherever I want? We are a full service restaurant, we are pleased to find the best available seat for you and ensure that you get a seat on a first come first serve basis. This enables you to enjoy your drink knowing that you don’t have to keep an eye out for a seat. We’ll do that for you! Why don’t you take reservations for groups of more than six people? We only have seven tables; five booths designed for four, which can accommodate a very cozy group of six and two tables we can move together to seat 6. What if we come in with a group larger than 6? We do allow groups over 6, but it would be at our standing wall, as our tables can only seat 6. I want to have a private party at Williams & Graham. Is this something that I can arrange? Absolutely! Details for private parties can be discussed by email at [email protected]. I didn’t bring my ID, can I still come in? Our policy is we require everyone to have a current and valid ID showing that you are 21 years of age. Expired ID is not valid ID. May I bring in guests that are not 21? We only allow entry to those 21 years of age and older. If you have any further questions, please email us at [email protected]

You know how so many of the bars and restaurants that surround Coors Field exist solely for game day? We all know the drill: Shabby tents set up outside, live-feed radio dorks in the window (a paid indulgence your high drink prices are subsidizing), a general sense of chaos. They serve you mediocre beer that is jacked up in price for game day. That’s right, I said it: They charge you more on game day than every other day. Ruminate on that unpleasant tidbit. Well, the Icehouse Tavern isn’t like that. This is a cool pub with a nice, normal pub vibe that just happens to be located a block from Coors Field. Victor is a smart veteran of the business, a great dude who likely poured you a few at The Elm before taking over in Lodo. On a normal evening the Icehouse staff gives you that proper balance of positivity and attention to feel connected when you stroll in for drinks, dinner, or both. On game days, they ramp-up staff with fast & smart servers – not to be confused with the rent-a-lamprey servers you get around the way. PS- how do $2 Coors Lights sound on Game Day? That’s what I’m talking ‘bout, Willis. The Obvious: Icehouse Tavern has a big, beautiful oval bar – the better for ordering from wherever you happen to be; More high-def flat screens than you could ever possibly want; Exposed ancient brickwork all around; The absolute perfect atmosphere for pre-game food and grog; doors and a patio that are open wide all summer long. And food that is reasonable and tasty. The Not-So-Obvious: A smart, vintage feel throughout; 2 well-placed pool tables; Deep, cozy booths; Great sound system and digital juke; A clientele devoid of the inherent sports bar douchiness that we can all live without; And the hotter-than-average women who prefer places without the aforementioned sports bar douchiness. Forgot your sunscreen for the game? Just ask Victor, he tries to keep a bottle under the bar just for you. Brisket and Jalapeno sandwich sounding better than a Rocky Dog today? Order it up to go – they will wrap it for you and include the fixings. Daily beer specials are what the Icehouse is all about. Happy hour drafts are $1.50 off - which means $1.50 coors light from 4-7pm M-F and 11am-7pm on the weekend. Lunch or dinner, gameday or off-season, early beers or late-night grub.

Wynkoop Brewing Company is part of craft beer history. Founded in 1988 by a group of passionate craft beer lovers led by current Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper. Our brewpub’s hallmarks -- highly acclaimed small-batch beers, high quality food & service, the city’s best pool hall and our glorious 1888 building -- helped make us a major catalyst for the revival of Lower Downtown Denver. Today Wynkoop Brewing Company is a beer-blessed Denver institution, a must-visit Colorado landmark and one of the nation’s most revered craft breweries. We’re also one of the city’s best places for private and corporate events. We’ve hosted everything from Democratic National Convention parties to beer festivals, weddings and company conferences. (All with great beer and food.) Today we’re expanding our downtown brewing efforts to deliver more of our ambitious, artisan-style craft beer to Denver’s best beer outlets. Look for our full line of cans in local stores and kegs of all of our beers at the area’s top bars and restaurants. Our History Our pioneering brewpub (Colorado’s first) is housed in the glorious J. S. Brown Mercantile Building, built in 1899. The Mercantile Company was a cornerstone of the young Denver economy and one of the city’s most impressive early buildings. Its hardwood floors, thick timber pillars and pressed-tin ceilings are still in place today. Miners, ranchers and city folks walked this building looking for goods to furnish their Western adventures and frontier homes. In 1899 our main floor served as the Mercantile’s original showroom. Today it’s home to our main bar, restaurant, brewery and kitchen. On the south side of our main floor is our Mercantile Room, now a renovated banquet room replete with high ceilings and expansive arched windows. The giant metal door you see by the main bar? It was once the door to the building’s main vault. Today it holds a different sort of valuables: our brewers and their office. The second floor is the home of Wynkoop Billiards, arguably the city's most elegant pool hall. We have 22 pool tables, two private pool rooms, dart lanes and a bar serving most of the same acclaimed beers you find downstairs. This floor also houses some of our most popular banquet rooms, and the entire floor and pool hall are available for private functions. The backbar on this floor was rescued from the original tasting room of the old Tivoli Brewery, a famed Denver brewery located at what is now the Auraria college campus. In our basement you’ll find the serving tanks for all of our beers, and we now hand can our beers down there, too. The Impulse Theater is also on our basement level and welcomes grinning crowds to its hugely popular improv-comedy shows. Cheers!
