Abel and Mercedes began working at Julie’s Waterfront in 1996. After fifteen years of hard work, they offered to purchase the restaurant from its original owner, the famed Julie, who opened in March of 1986. The restaurant was built from the ground up with the “Florida Feel” in mind, hosting live music, and of course, allowing our customers to sit and eat right on the waterfront of Lake Jennie Jewel. Here at Julie’s we serve “a little bit of everything”, like our crisp salads, tasty burgers, and delicious sea food, all, of course, made from scratch.
