Glenrock is home to many talented artists working in a variety of mediums. Their work will be featured in the Glenrock Christmas Shoppe beginning Nov. 28 and lasting through Christmas Eve. The shop was created by Glenrock Main Street and will be hosted in the historic Commerce Block, located in Downtown Glenrock.
Crafting has been a constant comfort for me through out my life and especially during the last year. On April 27, 2014 I lost my 'little' brother and only sibling, Logan, due to a preventable small engine plane crash. After that, crafting seemed to be the only thing that could bring me some semblance of peace and forever bonded myself and Logan's wife through our love of all things old, stained, broken and rusty. As finished projects started to pile up in our home, it became clear that I needed an outlet for my outlet so Haddy's Home Embellishments was born. Miss HadLee is my daughter and is a constant ray of sunshine in my life so it only seemed natural to join two things that I enjoy so much in the name of this business. My products are now available at some craft fairs; in the retail space at Black Hills Beauty College in Rapid City, SD; through Facebook/e-mail/phone/text; and most recently though The Bent and Rusty Cotton Co in Laramie, WY. My hobby has grown immenselely in the last few months and cannnot be more grateful to all of my customers. I'm sure my husband would like to say thank you for getting stuff out of his house as well :). Happy shopping everyone and God Bless!
