Winter Street Studios has been serving the art community in the First Ward since 2005. A former moving and storage building that was constructed in the 1920's was scheduled to be torn down before being acquired and redeveloped by the current owner. The building is located at 2101 Winter Street (corner of Winter and Henderson) and features 75 working artist studios with over 90 artists. These studios support the flourishing art community in First Ward, where Spring Street Studios, sister to Winter, provides another 70 working art studios with a population of over 90 of Houston's most creative types. Artists, art patrons and the community as a whole benefit from these cultural additions to the City of Houston. Winter Street Studios is ideally located within proximity to Downtown and in the heart of what is now being referred to Houston's Arts District.

Discreetly situated in a landmark building as designated by The Houston Historical Society, The Astorian is an Industrial Chic, 14,000 square foot private loft space located in The Heights area of Houston. Conceived by Andria Design to replicate New York City's revered Grand Central Station, The Astorian is a throw back to 1920’s glamour and Art Deco design. The venue offers a contemporary, bi-level facility equipped with 14-foot ceilings, state-of-the-art smart technology, a private boardroom, fully functional gourmet kitchen & bar, and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of downtown Houston. Warm touches such as wood paneling and soft lighting are combined with modern elements such as concrete floors, rusted steel, brushed aluminum, and brass and copper detailing. Removable walls and fixtures allow for flexible configurations to tailor the space to your exact specifications.

Studio 101 is a performance and event venue located in the heart of the 1st Ward Arts District. Housed in the artist-driven Spring Street Studios, Studio 101 is the residence for Mildred's Umbrella Theater Company and 4th Wall Theatre Company.

Disegno is an artist representation and consulting firm dedicated to expanding the social media platform of visual artists as well as assisting in creating a strong foundation and process for their business. Based in Houston Texas, our office is located in the heart of the Washington Avenue Arts District which enables our marketing team to increase the artists presence and reputation in Houston by hosting carefully curated art exhibits and networking events.

The Washington Avenue Arts District is the newest officially recognized cultural district in Houston. The neighborhood is widely recognized as a vibrant cultural destination, and proudly boasts the highest concentration of working artists within the state of Texas. Already, the Washington Avenue Arts District is home to three converted warehouse studio buildings which house hundreds of artists and creative entrepreneurs, as well as an active theater lab and vast amounts of exhibition space. The area is also home to many artists’ residences, studios, and institutions such as Crockett Elementary, an award winning fine arts school and MECA, a multicultural arts education center. Sawyer Yards is a locally owned arts, entertainment and retail campus. The 36 acre campus is located in the Washington Avenue Arts District just off Sawyer St at 2101 Winter. The campus includes Winter Street, Spring Street, SilverStreet and the Silos on Sawyer, which together boast the largest concentration of working artist studios in the nation. Visitors will find local art, local craft beer, restaurants, services and more in the eclectic mix of locally owned businesses.

Scheduled to open in early 2016, the White Oak Music Hall be the latest in a long line of storied Houston live music venues. Featuring three performance spaces--a small, intimate room, a large concert hall, and an expansive outdoor lawn, White Oak Music Hall will feature a variety of musical artists from all genres, whether local or touring.

On October the 4th, 2009, we had our inaugural concert for the All Saints Cultural Arts Series. This series was developed as a cultural and educational outreach to the community so that entire families no matter how large, could partake in an evening of culture and education free of the monetary worries that keep them from attending events at the more well known venues such as Jones Hall or the Wortham Center. In addition, we offer a free dinner or reception in the parish hall after each event. Our inaugural season featured THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON’S GOOD NEWS GOSPEL CHOIR, the ST. PIUS CONCERT CHORALE and CAMPUS SINGERS, the SONS OF ORPHEUS Mens Choir and a concert featuring the Music of American Composer ROBERT NELSON. Our second season opened with the CREDO QUARTET from Saint-Petersburg Russia and we comemorated Mexicos bicentennial with a Gala concert by IRMA INFANTE, the daughter of Pedro Infante and Mexican film actress Irma Dorantes. This concert was followed once again by the THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON’S GOOD NEWS GOSPEL CHOIR and THE SONS OF ORPHEUS with a guest appearance by Elaine Kennedy of KUHF 88.7. We also showcased the paintings of Hispanic painter HENRIETTA SANTANA during our October concert. In December, we had a surprize visit by Pancho Claus with gifts for the children. During our second season we also extended our outreach into the community schools by presenting our guest artist IRMA INFANTE, to over 800 school children where she promoted literacy and spoke about the importance of music and staying in school. Our third season promises to be the best yet as we feature our Summer Starters, The MOORES SCHOOL CONCERT CHORALE on Sunday May the 15th at 5:30 p.m. and BARITONE DuWayne DAVIS accompanied by Pianist Stepheny Scott in recital on Sunday May the 22nd at 3:30 p.m. On Sunday September the 18th at 5:30 p.m. we are proud to present Soprano BARBARA PADILLA the break out sensation from season four of America's Got Talent. THE SONS OF ORPHEUS MENS CHOIR will be in concert on Friday evening October the 28th at 7:30 p.m. IRMA INFANTE will headline "Las Mananitas para la Virgen" on December the 11th and we will conclude the season with a concert by the FORT BEND BOYS CHOIR celebrating their 30th season on March the 23th at 7:30p.m.

Bravura is a concert series sponsored by the historic All Saints Catholic Church located in the Heights of Houston. Bravura concerts are powered through the collection of good-will offerings and through the generosity of our donors. Bravura invites professional quality performances and does not charge admission for its concerts, solely relying on the support of its community.
