Phillip Maurici was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. After attending Florida State University in the late sixties and teaching junior high Industrial Arts for two years, Phillip decided to make plumbing his career. He worked for other plumbing companies for 11 years. In 1982, he founded Phillip Maurici Plumbing, Inc. Since then, he has learned better and better ways to serve customers in the Tampa Bay area. After years of striving for excellence, Phillip came to realize the main concerns that people have when inviting a service technician in their home or business.
Brandy began her staffing career in 1996 as a Manager with a prominent staffing firm and in 2006 moved up the ranks and became a Payroll Manager at a National staffing firm located in Tampa, FL. With the bulk of her staffing experience being in Automotive Manufacturing in the heart of Detroit, MI, Brandy saw something lacking from the industry – not just a company that specializes in Parts Manufacturing staffing, but a firm that treats their clients like family. In response to this dire need, Brandy utilized her drive to help employees and businesses with their staffing needs by starting Staff Outsourcing Service in 2012.
