We offer group and individual coaching utilizing the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. You will never get bored. You will rarely do the same workout twice in a given year. You will never have to program your own workouts. Each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The Game Shooters opened it's doors in 2006. With it's base office at the American Sports Center the company has running cameras at all major tournaments within the facility. In addition, The Game Shooters also travels upon hire to other locations. Whether you want game footage or a customized package, we have you covered. This late season race has been a favorite of seasoned triathletes, weekend warriors, beginners and kids. With Sprint, Super Sprint and Youth courses, there's a distance for everyone. It's also a race that the entire family can participate in.

Triathlon Eugene will take athletes on a challenging tour showcasing Lane County. It will feature three different courses, offering participants of all ages and skill levels a dynamic multisport experience. All events will follow the traditional triathlon format of swim, bike, run.
