The Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry is, above all else, an educational institution. We seek not to teach men the truth but, instead, a way to the truth. Each must find the truth for himself. The Degrees of the Scottish Rite do not teach specific lessons. Rather, they give parallel examples from earlier cultures, raise questions, and challenge us to think. Freemasonry is a journey of self-discovery and self-development. We seek only to be a guide, teaching the common ground of various philosophical and religious approaches to belief, in order that men might be more united in their standards of right and wrong and in their understanding of the reality of God.

YWCA Metro St. Louis is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. We believe women and their families achieve their full potential and well-being in a world without discrimination. The world’s oldest and largest women’s organization, YWCA was founded in England in 1855. The organization that became YWCA Metro St. Louis began in 1904 as an effort to provide housing and job training for rural women who had come to the city to work at the World’s Fair. In 1905, the organization was incorporated with YWCA. For decades, it has been an autonomous, accredited affiliate of YWCA USA, broadening its focus to meet the changing needs of women. YWCA Metro St. Louis is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and developing youth by providing services to women, children, youth and families in the St. Louis area. For over 100 years, YWCA has been the backbone of women’s support services within our community, which helps our clients find paths to self-sufficiency through our programs that mentor, educate and propel women to their fullest potential. YWCA Metro St. Louis is proud to offer assistance from the following programs: Head Start & Early Head Start for children ages 0-5 and their families; Women's Resource Center and the Sexual Assault Response Team, which serves sexual assault and abuse survivors ages 14 and older by offering crisis intervention support for victims, individual and group counseling, and a 24-hour rape crisis hotline (314-531-RAPE); Phyllis Wheatley Transitional Housing Program for single, homeless adult women ages 18 and older; Racial Justice programs and seminars from anyone ages 10 and older; Women's Economic Stability Partnership for single mothers ages 18 and older; and YW-Teens for young women ages 12-18. According to U.S. Census information from 2000, there were some 11,700 responsible for raising their grandchildren in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Our program will serve those grandparent caregivers, great- grandparent caregivers in St. Louis and St. Louis County that need assistance or resources to raise their grandchildren to be healthy and productive.
Cable Tow Lodge #167 is a Masonic Lodge under the jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Missouri, where the Honorable Henry Willis serves as Most Worshipful Grand Master. Organized on July 16th 1948, for over sixty-five years our Lodge has been active in our community in service to those in need; one of the primary tenants of masonry being the practice of charity. We continually strive in the building of the character of the men within our order who live by the principles of faith, hope, and charity. With a legacy of good, strong, and dedicated men devoted to their craft, family, and community.

STL Dance Lab is strictly a competitive dance company for dancers ages 10 - 18 years of age. It is home to the Nerd Herd Hip Hop Crew and Team 360. Grounded and built on the Nerds, the company focuses on educating and teaching our company members about dance technique, fundamentals, and exploration. For our Hip Hop crew, fundamentals in Hip Hop, popping, locking, housing, breaking, grooves, etc..., are all critical in the success of our company members when learning Hip Hop Choreography. Instilling this foundation in our members, allow us to keep our routines authentic to the dance, it's culture, and history, as it is performed in the streets. Our kids are trained and exposed to a variety of choreographers and opportunities in and around the St. Louis region. The company travels across the nation to compete or to continue with company education efforts, through Conventions and Master Classes. For our Team 360 company members, ballet technique sessions are held as it is the foundation of all dance, from there, contemporary and jazz technique sessions along with Acro sessions are held to elevate the capability of the company member and the pieces that are set on them. As with the Nerd company, Team360 enjoys attending both local and regional venues to compete or attend conventions for the purpose of education.
