Imagine Food Innovation Group is a R&D lab and kitchen centered on promoting powerful and lasting change through food education, food arts, and culinary based scientific research. We offer a creative community space functioning as both a teaching lab and event space for food-related fine arts, design, performances, classes, guest speakers, and private dinners. The space is meant for engaging the community through food, so please come and sit on our comfy couch to read through our many cookbooks and ask us questions about food and cooking. Established in 1947, Washington DECA creates unique and relevant marketing and leadership opportunities for all high school students to succeed in school, career, and life. All that we do is governed by our unrelenting commitment to integrity, leadership, development, and success. By giving students hands-on experience in the fields of marketing, business, and entrepreneurship, Washington DECA teaches leadership characteristics that mold high school students into character-driven leaders.

The UW Center for West European Studies (CWES), founded in 1994, is one of eleven federally funded National Resource Centers for European or West European Studies in the US. Our mission is to enhance the quality of teaching and research on West European politics, society, and culture through outreach to universities, business, the general public, and the K-12 community. The Center for West European Studies was again selected in 2010 as a National Resource Center for a sixth grant cycle (2010-2014). The center is located in the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies (JSIS), home to seven other Title VI centers, all of which work with CWES on the JSIS outreach team.
Memorial Stadium, also known as Moda Pitch at Memorial Stadium for Seattle Reign FC matches, is an outdoor athletic stadium in Seattle, Washington, used mostly for American football and soccer, located in the northeast corner of the Seattle Center grounds. It has a seating capacity of 12,000; this was temporarily expanded to 17,000 during 1974–75, while the Seattle Sounders, of the North American Soccer League, played at Memorial Stadium, before moving to the newly constructed Kingdome. Similarly, an A-League reincarnation of the Sounders franchise played at Memorial Stadium, before moving to Qwest/CenturyLink Field. It currently hosts Seattle School District high school football games and adult recreational leagues, and is the home field for Seattle Reign FC of the National Women's Soccer League and the Seattle Cascades of the American Ultimate Disc League.HistoryThe stadium was designed by Seattle architect George W. Stoddard, also known for his work on the Green Lake Aqua Theater and the south stands of Husky Stadium. Dedicated in late 1947, Memorial Stadium was built in memory of the Seattle youth who gave their lives in World War II. A memorial wall at the east end is inscribed with the names of over 700 fallen individuals. The following year, the stadium hosted first widespread local television broadcast in the Puget Sound region, the Turkey Day high school football game between West Seattle and Wenatchee.

Marion Oliver McCaw Hall, formerly known as the Civic Auditorium and Seattle Opera House, is a performing arts hall in Seattle, Washington, United States. Located on the grounds of Seattle Center and owned by the city of Seattle, McCaw Hall's two principal tenants are the Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet. The building is named for Marion Oliver McCaw, whose four sons donated $20 million to fund a major renovation in 2003.HistoryThe building originally opened in 1928 as the Civic Auditorium. Its construction was funded by a donation from Seattle saloon owner James Osborne and a voter-approved municipal bond issue; the site was donated to the city by David Denny, one of the members of the Denny Party credited with founding the city of Seattle. The auditorium became the home of the Seattle Symphony and also hosted several touring shows. In 1956, voters passed another bond measure to fund expansion of the Civic Auditorium for use as a venue in the upcoming World's Fair. Construction began in 1959, and the auditorium reopened as the Seattle Opera House on April 21, 1962 – the opening day of the World's Fair – with a Seattle Symphony performance featuring Igor Stravinsky as a guest conductor and Van Cliburn as a guest soloist.

The Center School is a small arts and college preparatory public school in Seattle, Washington and is part of Seattle Public Schools. It is located in the Center House, a multi-purpose building on the grounds of the Seattle Center. Because of its unique placement, the Center School is affiliated with several local arts organizations, including the Seattle Repertory Theatre, KCTS and Pacific Northwest Ballet.Extracurricular organizationsSince its founding, the Center School has constantly evolved to accommodate the needs and motivations of its students and teachers. Several organizations have sprung up with a largely political focus. Notably the Model United Nations club and SIPA (Students Inspiring Political Activism). Such groups have drawn a focus to the problems facing the school, the city, and the international community. Other organizations include an improv team, crafting club, yearbook committee, and glee club.MUNThe Model United Nations program at the Center School has been active in the local WASMUN conference since the school's inception, most recently in spring of 2007 with around 50 delegates, a significant portion of WASMUN's attendees. In 2005, 2006, and 2007, the club visited New York City for the National High School MUN conference, bringing a delegation of 39 students, more than one seventh of the Center School's population. For the first time in 2010, the Center School went to San Francisco and Berkeley for the conference. In 2011 the group will go back to New York's NHSMUN. The TCSMUN website is full of current information and updated religiously by both head delegates and its curator. Two members of the Center's School's NHSMUN delegation were hired as conference staffers: Daetan Huck (2007) and Molly Williams (2009, 2010, 2011).
