We remember our guests and remember what they like in dining out and do our very best in recreating that in each of the experience. Our drinks are handcrafted individually for each guest. They actually take a bit longer to prepare; however, they are always worth the wait. We have a specialty spirits program that is unique to St. Louis. We focus on spirits around the culture of food. Instead of ordering your 'normal' spirit selection, we offer something from Cuba, Latin etc.
The Soul Hour Cafe is the experiential training ground where our clients put together a unique monthly happy hour service focused on the residents of the McCormack House at Forest Park Southeast. We serve seasonal soul food classics like sweet potato pie, chowder w/ cornbread and classic BBQ on small plates accompanied by a special mixed drink (alcoholic or non). The appetizer and drink combo is available to anyone who wants to join us each month, and residents of the McCormack House enjoy Soul Hour Cafe at a discounted rate. This is our way of both thanking the residents and staff of McCormack House for welcoming us into their home AND providing experiential training to Bridges CSS P.E.
