The Fort Pitt Block House is Pittsburgh's oldest architectural landmark and is located in Point State Park. Constructed in 1764, the building served as a military redoubt of Fort Pitt during Pontiac's Rebellion. It has been independently owned and operated by the Fort Pitt Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution since 1894. The Block House is the only surviving structure of Fort Pitt and the oldest authenticated structure in Western Pennsylvania. It is part of the Forks of the Ohio National Historic Landmark. Gateway Towers is a 27-story residential skyscraper near Point State Park in Downtown Pittsburgh. Constructed in 1964, it was built as a luxury apartment building. During 1979-1980, it was converted to luxury condominiums by Commonwealth Fort. By 1987, 94 remaining units were sold by auction.Gateway Towers underwent a $3 million capital improvement in 2006. Overall, it has 560000sqft in 308 residential units.
Allegheny Market House was located in the Allegheny Center neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and was built in 1863. It was built at a time when this area was part of the city of Allegheny, Pennsylvania. Even though the market house was demolished in 1966, the former site of the building was added to the List of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks in 1979.
The Garden Theater is a 1,000-seat theater that was built in 1915 at 12 West North Avenue in the Central Northside neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Formerly a movie theater, it closed in 2007 and has not been in use much since that time, except for a scene in the movie adaptation of One for the Money starring Katherine Heigl filmed in July 2010. The city of Pittsburgh hopes to revitalize the theater, and it was placed on the List of City of Pittsburgh historic designations by Pittsburgh City Council on March 25, 2008.

The Fulton Building is a structure in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The building was completed 1906 and was designed by noted architect Grosvenor Atterbury. Construction was funded by industrial Henry Phipps, and the name of the building is a tribute to noted inventor Robert Fulton. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. On May 26, 1943 the building hosted America's first night-court for gasoline war ration violators. Since 2001, it has been the home of the city's Renaissance Hotel.
Brown Chapel A.M.E. Church located at 1400 Boyle Street in the Central Northside neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was built in 1903. This African Methodist Episcopal Church was added to the List of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks in 1988.
