Green Valley Food Corporation was founded on the principles that every individual can and should live a healthy lifestyle. Green Valley Food Corporation has been growing sprouts since 1996, we are considered sprout masters in the industry. We pride ourselves on high levels of customer service and top-notch products. We offer an array of sprouts that have been grown with the high standards of the FDA, to assure our customers of safe and quality products. Green Valley Food Corporation is part of the Brassica Sprout Group and we follow the strict standards and requirements set forth by them, as well as the FDA, which includes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We have FDA approval and we are certified by SQF 2000 Code, level 2: accredited HACCP Based Food safety plans, as well as passing frequent inspections. we are currently are inspected by FDA, military, and Steritech. We have a HACCP program in place, which we operate under. There is also a microbiological test program in place which includes " hold and release" for all our sprouts. Since our facility is a Hydroponics Plant located in the city of Dallas, Texas we use the municipal utilities. The water is tested by the city for human consumption and a copy is kept on file. Our facility is temperature controlled on a room-by-room basis. The temperatures are computer monitored and recorded frequently through out a 24 hour period.
