Monk Space is the latest Monk Adventure of Michael Lane & James Crotty (a.k.a. the Space Monks, the Monks, or the Mad Monks) of Monk Magazine, Mad Monks On the Road, Mad Monks Guides, and Monk Media. Monk Space is a raw warehouse and studio for shooting Indie Films, Student Films, Music Videos, Webisodes, and Photography. It is also available for private events and art shows. The complex includes an evocative 1000 square foot raw warehouse space, an adjoining 532 square foot white studio, and 654 square feet of outdoor space. We've recently added the 550-square-foot Monk Annex for smaller shoots, as well as for auditions, rehearsals, meetings, workshops, 30-person-or-less TV or Film screenings, or as a holding area/green room for larger productions downstairs. By January 1, 2012 the Annex will include an adjoining makeup room with professional tables and lights, a large pull-down screen, high-end DVD projector, 360-degree black curtains, and comfy fold-up chairs. Located in L.A.’s production-friendly Koreatown/Hancock Park, this 80-year-old brick building includes electric, WIFI, track lighting, and two bathrooms downstairs in Monk Space proper, and two more bathrooms upstairs next to the Monk Annex. Both warehouse and studio have tall ceilings and concrete floors. The Warehouse has distressed brick walls, a skylight, and two sliding wooden door entrances that join an outdoor patio and atmospheric brick alley. There are two entrances to the street, and ample street parking for production trucks, vans and cars. The combined spaces are perfect for shoots that need room for production, craft services, and holding.
Regen Projects is a contemporary art gallery located in Los Angeles, CA.
The Toy Art Gallery is the first gallery of its kind to showcase and consult on high-end art toys and sculptures. Our goal is to showcase exciting, original, and new artists who use figurative sculpture as their primary medium of expression. We also focus on showing, collecting, and producing high end, limited edition, custom, and life-size toy sculptures. Our showroom and gallery is located in Hollywood, California.
VARIOUS SMALL FIRES (“VSF”) was founded by Esther Kim Varet and opened its doors to the public January 2012 . Initially located within the prestigious Abbot Kinney district in historic Venice Beach, California, the gallery moves to its new, expanded facility in Hollywood (within the center of Los Angeles’ growing gallery community) in Fall 2014. VSF borrows its name from Southern California-based artist Ed Ruscha and his self-published conceptual-art book, Various Small Fires and Milk (1964), a collection of pictures of various everyday items set to flames. This idea sets in place VSF’s philosophy that each mounted exhibition becomes an individual fire - an active metaphor for good ideas - holding the promise and potential of spreading like wildfire.

The Gnomon Gallery is Hollywood’s premiere art gallery for the entertainment industry. The Gnomon Gallery was founded in the Summer of 2008 by Alex Alvarez, the Founder and CEO of the Gnomon School of Visual Effects and The Gnomon Workshop. Over fifteen years in the industry, Alex has met scores of artists at well-known animation, effects and game studios whose phenomenal personal artwork was rarely seen by the public in a traditional gallery setting. With this in mind, the gallery was created to spotlight these exceptional talents and give them their well deserved recognition. Every month we are proud to host a new show in the gallery with an opening reception that features music, food and, of course, the artists. These events are free and open to the public, so please drop by and check out some amazing artwork from genres that range from sci-fi to fantasy, creatures, vehicles, props, environments, sketches and sculpture. We are located at 1015 North Cahuenga Blvd. in the Television Center building in Hollywood, CA 90038. View map. Gallery hours are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday. For more information or pricing details, please contact [email protected] or 323-466-6663.
