NextKids/NextSpace empowers parents to pursue professional and personal goals, without compromise. It takes a village to raise a family, and grow a business... join us!
Our Goals *To build the Association’s organizational capacity commensurate with its scope of work. *To build leadership capacity within the family child care community. *To ensure that family child care providers participate fully on planning bodies and in public policy related to children, families and child care. *To make peer support, technical assistance and information available to every San Francisco family child care provider. *To ensure that family child care providers have the resources they need to provide high quality child care, including support programs, quality training and education, fair regulations and fair access to subsidized child care programs. *To increase awareness among parents, legislators, businesses and the community of the critical role of family child care in the continuum of child care alternatives.

This is my personal page to describe this fantastic & affordable workout I found right here in the Mission. It is all-ages boxing class for beginners and intermediate men or women or teens 14 & up. This two-hour class that includes cardiovascular training, flexibility, high and low abdominal training, stretching and basic boxing moves: proper punching, movement, balance, & blocking. Included is everything you need to get a balanced workout. http://youtu.be/2Exek8TLKxI The class is instructed by health and fitness professionals from the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, with a focus on proper form, health and safety. You will learn about boxing basics, agility, and technique. Don't worry about fighting or being hit; that will come later. I took this class to add variety to my marathon training, and I know it contributed to completing my first marathon at Lake Tahoe-at 6000 feet above sea level.
Design PLUS Technology? Yeah, turns out they aren't mutually exclusive. Without one, the other just isn't very effective. Great design is only great if it's functional. Technology is only useful if it can be understood. One feeds the other, therefore we embrace them both. The whole point of working with technology is to create something that feels human. Until it evolves into something that's neither design nor technology, but a natural extension of our lives. That's the thinking that built our business. We love the plus. Rocket Science aggressively handles the whole stack of services from Service/Support (my s@#t is broken!) to Engineering (Projects, Upgrades & Maintenance Programs) to IT Management (Budgets, Strategy & Planning) and Design (creating things that look and feel sexy). Rocket does all this with a unique culture of fun, interesting staff who treat each client as a special case -- we give white glove personalized service.

"When the music changes, so does the dance." -African Proverb We love variety, so we partner dance to many styles of music, exploring different styles of movement to go with it. To blues music we dance blues dances. To other music we branch out and explore AltDancing. We play a mixture of blues music and a wide range of other types of music that's fun to partner dance to. Our classes reflect our variety- many of them are blues dance classes, and others are on topics including Lyrical Partnered Dancing, Stealing movements from Tango, Partner Connection, and beyond. Check out the page for this week's topics. There are two 8:30 classes for you to choose from- a beginning or all-levels class, and an all-levels or int./advanced class. Haven't danced before? Please come check it out! No partners needed- during class we rotate. Please wear dance shoes, socks, or non-gripping shoes with clean soles. No stilettos, please- they grind into the venue floor. Sometimes it gets warm- if you tend to sweat a lot, consider bringing changes of shirt. Go light on the perfume, and remember the deodorant. All ages welcome.
