At the ‘Que Ribs, Chicken, ‘n More we do BBQ the right way! We smoke all of our meats low and slow with a unique blend of Hickory, Maple, and Cherry woods. We use our own signature spice rubs on all of our meats, and have four house made BBQ sauces to choose from, including a White BBQ sauce that is a must try. Ribs are smoked daily with a Memphis style rub and are available in 1/3, 2/3, and full racks. The Brisket is smoked for 14-16 hours and as tender as any beef can be. We also have Pulled Pork, wings with house made sauces, smoked chicken quarters, and whole smoked wings. All of our southern style sides are made from scratch daily including Collard Greens, Bacon and Baked Mac and Cheese, Fried Okra and Fried Cabbage, and Smoked Baked Beans. Our cornbread is moist, sweet, unique and quickly becoming everyone’s favorite. Daily specials are also available such as Fried Ribs which is a must try.
