Originally built in 1923, our restaurant was once the site of Miami’s Fire Station No. 4, built in the popular Mediterranean Revival style of the era at that time. The Architect, H. Hasting Mundy, built this classic design with a two-story hipped roof, arcaded porch, stucco walls, and unique balconies. This whimsical building is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in the heart of Brickell’s Financial District, our restaurant, which opened October of 2007, offers a unique selection of International fusion cuisine. Dolores has a rooftop dining terrace adorned with plush couches, a panoramic view of the Miami skyline and an indoor dining area with a trendy white décor, candles and beautiful flower arrangements. The downstairs area, referred to as “Lolita,” hosts a café delicatessen and an executive lunch on weekdays, then transforming into a trendy night lounge complete with VIP areas and International music. Founded back on june 2001 in Miami, Fl. After obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. During this years, Lolo's has accomplished a new style of dresses , that are inspired in the traditional Spanish styles but with a twist, to fit in the American lifestyle, without losing its classy elegance and durable materials. Every single one of our dresses is specially hand-made for you with creativity, inspiration and specially, it is made with love. Lolo's offers the line in high end boutiques in Florida, as we continue to expand. Now, we have our own storefront in Mary brickell Village, 900 South Miami Ave, #181. Where we hope to captivate the unique clientele that resides in the area, as there is no other children boutiques nearby to service. Aside from carrying our own products, we are devoted to find unique designer lines, that are exclusively produce in limited quantities. Hoping to become a"great find nitch". Every time I create a new dress, I always think "I just hope everyone likes it, as much as I do". Mostly, the craftmanship put into each piece, makes each dress so unique. It takes days.. days... so many days, to put together each one, which is why each dress is usually kept in the closets of so many moms, as part of their daughter's memories. More than likely, it will be used again, even thou a few years may have passed. Part of my venture into opening my own store and e commerce site, has been the delightful and entertaining opportunity to search and search for unique lines from different children designers out there. I have fallen in love with a few, that can be found only at Lolo's boutique. It amazes me, how many different ideas can creative minds around the world can come up with. Would love to personally meet each one, just to tell them how much I appreciate the talent and gift each one of them carries in their soul. Working very hard on growing, creating and re-inventing. I have been exposed to so many things that can still be done, that I have realized throughout this process, that 9 years in the business are just the beggining of a great start and than the best is yet to come.
