Cactus Gallery is a vibrant Latina owned and operated gallery and gift shop. Since March 2005, our space has been an eclectic mix of contemporary art and folk art. We are located in Elysian Valley (aka Frogtown) at 3001 North Coolidge Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90039. Gallery hours are Thursday-Saturday 11a-5p and we are more than happy to meet you at the space by appointment any day of the week. In addition, the art is available to browse Monday-Saturday 9a-4p, as Treeline Woodworks, who we share the lovely space with, is open open for business. The gallery is open to installment plans to help you grow your collection. XIX Studios (est. 2013) is a rad photo studio on the East Side of Los Angeles. Located at the foot of the Glassellland sign hill at the 2 Freeway and Verdugo Road, this unique and discreet location is removed from the hustle and bustle surrounding many other studios in the city, and is located just 10 minutes from downtown and 3 minutes from Silver Lake. The studio is a generous 2,500 square feet, featuring a 30 ft. by 20 ft. corner cyc wall with a 5 ft. floor radius. Additional highlights include 6 remote-controlled skylights that can be opened for full sun or completely blacked out, 16 ft. ceilings, and an 11 ft. wide drive-in door. We also have a 230 square ft. hair and make-up room, complete with wardrobe setup and dressing room. In addition to the main studio, the space also features a 500 square foot custom-built conference/chill room with full bar, television, and two mini fridges full of liquid goodies. Sip on a freshly made coffee, or pour yourself a scotch. You've earned it, buddy.
