Cambridge Adult Day Center was developed to provide excellent care and services to adults & seniors through a medical and social based environment. Our nursing, recreational, and dietary staff exercise and nourish our participant's minds, bodies and hearts through creative activities and gross motor activities ( indoor bowling, chair excerises, wii competitions, dancing, to name a view. Cambridge Adult Day Center offers families the option by providing assistantance to their loved ones while they are busy with work and scheduling. In addition, Cambridge has helped individuals that do not have close by relatives or care givers by being advocates and helping with daily life skills and compassion through assistance with dietary, medical and social skills to keep individuals integrated at home and out of long term care facilities and nursing homes. Cambridge accepts Medicaid and has welcomed a variety of individuals from every background all seeking a sense of belonging and acceptance!!!!

Common Ground Yoga's purpose is simple: we provide a tranquil and accepting environment to deepen the knowledge of mindful fitness in an affordable way. Because of the growing need for stress relief and physical activity, Eboni Brown, the instructor of Common Ground Yoga Practice, heard a calling to become a yoga instructor. "When I started practicing yoga, I was a jobless 16 year old with no car and very little resources.. I had to get creative." she recalls. "I was a youtube/self taught yogi until I could find a job and transportation, but then the real problem I had was finding affordable classes! At that time i wasn't able to scrounge up the extra $20 dollars several times a week to regularly attend a class or drive more than a few miles out of my way." It was then that the idea was born. Why not start a donation based class in an area that doesn't have one so that these factors are no longer an issue? Now several years later, that dream is a reality. "Yoga is an all encompassing practice that caters to the mind and body. I believe that is exactly what this community needs right now." Eboni shares. Our classes focus on breathing techniques to sharpen focus and relaxation, gentle poses to build strength and flexibility along with progressing sequences so that you're constantly growing in your practice.
