With the Alexander Technique, you learn to stop using your body in a way that creates excess tension whether on the mat or as you go about your daily activities. As a result, progressively, you gain improved posture, increase ease of movement and more balance and coordination ! When you receive a Thai Yoga session, you enjoy the benefits of a Yoga practice but the therapist does all the work! It relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the Immune System, and balances the natural flow of energy of the body. When you receive a Combo session, you benefit from both!

The MassArt Photography Program teaches photography as fine art with an emphasis on personal vision, experimentation, and an understanding of the history of photography and the body of criticism that surrounds it. Students are introduced to a wide array of both film-based and digital tools; they become well-versed in the medium's technical and aesthetic traditions while exploring contemporary directions through slide lectures and critiques. Our curriculum covers both analog and digital production and offers a wide variety of elective courses providing a strong foundation for critical thinking, collaboration, and a career in photographic arts.
We believe that while there is ample evidence that care is inadequate, often harmful and not always responsive – the strength and breadth of that evidence is weak, fragmented and rarely systematically collected or synthesized. We are taking a system-level approach, delineating issues around quality infrastructure and ways in which policy efforts can improve the provision of high quality care. Initially, we are focusing on the following efforts, evidence, education and engagement, in doing so we hope to provide the information, knowledge, and tools needed to drive improvements in healthcare quality for the world’s citizens.
