Welcome to the Mahogany Jazz Hall The Mahogany Hall was the most lavish bordello in Storyville, the "Red Light" district of old New Orleans. Operated by "Countess" Lulu White, a woman of intuitive business savvy, she advertsed her popular "ladies" as to have a "special" gft from nature.
