What We Do ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Room Tank provides door-to-door transportation from Logan International Airport to all apartment complexes. Once residents arrive at their apartments they do not need to worry about purchasing beds, desks, tables, chairs, couches, and TV’s. After move-in residents do not have to bother with the tedious process of calling cable, Internet, electric, water, and gas providers to set up billing. This seamless transition to college life is perfect for international and domestic students who may be unfamiliar with the location and housing move-in procedures. Everything comes ready, setup, and is covered in the one-time monthly rent payment to Room Tank Apartment Options: Housing options include studio, one, two, and three bedroom units. Our most popular room options are the shared bedroom and private bedroom options, which both include shared common areas. Single occupancy is also available for studios and one-bedroom apartments. Roommate Options: Finding the right roommate is one of the most important factors when searching for your next home. Room Tank has roommate-matching services that pair up students based on age, gender, common interests, and personal preferences. Leasing Options: Our pricing is standard for a minimum 3-month contract. Month- to- Month leasing is available for a higher rent price. Laundry: Laundry facilities are available in each apartment complex. Some apartments have washer and dryers inside the units. Deposit: A security deposit is required prior to move-in and is returned upon move-out with the exception of cleaning fees and any damages to the property.
