The SF SPCA Public Dog Training Program offers a variety of fun and reasonably priced classes to help your dog become a happy and well-behavior companion. Use positive reinforcement techniques to help address common behavior issues and learn exciting new skills! The SF SPCA Rescue Transfer Program provides life-saving transfer options for dogs in need. These dogs come from challenging backgrounds and usually will thrive in a different environment than the busy streets of San Francisco. Private consultations with board certified veterinary behaviorist Dr. Jeannine Berger are also available for one-on-one help with tricky behavior issues.
Those of us in AAT work to provide access to the human-companion animal bond for those who wish to engage in the bond, but are unable to access it through their own means. Additionally, we serve our community by facilitating the acquisition of skills requisite to full social participation and success, including basic literacy, empathy, and social conscience.
Toni's Kitty Rescue works hand in hand with San Francisco Animal Care and Control. We provide foster homes that rehabilitate, nurture and socialize abandoned and sick kittens.
We work with local shelters to connect dog-loving people with people-loving dogs in need. Enjoy the companionship of a sweet pup for whatever adventure you have planned that day, without the commitment of adoption.

Founded in December of 2008, yoga mayu is a down to earth yoga studio in San Francisco. yoga mayu is predominantly a Vinyasa yoga studio. Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga traditions. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Our mission is to provide a genuine and sustainable yoga practice that evolves the physical and emotional health of our students. At yoga mayu we strive to provide a safe inviting environment where students can develop a regular yoga practice. We offer some of the most talented yoga teachers in San Francisco; they are passionate about teaching and are always willing to take that extra step to ensure that no student feels left behind. We are proud to be known for the individual attention we provide. We believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of age and body type. Since we believe that yoga takes you inside, wraps you in yourself and then transforms you, our studio's name, mayu, derives from the Japanese word for cocoon. Yoga acts as a cocoon in our lives. Among the many benefits of yoga are a healthy back and posture, strength and flexibility, mental clarity and an increased ability to reduce stress and manage it. With a consistent yoga practice, you begin the metamorphosis to living a self-healing, empowered life, where you have the potential to ascend to heights you never thought possible.
