As a photojournalist, I have been telling the stories of the people I meet, all my life. George Conlan, a long time college friend, and I have set up Worldwide Photographic Cultural Exchange ( Cuba Moments ) to help others learn, through their art and love of photography, how to communicate with others in places that they have never been. Cuba Moments, as I like to call it, travels into countries with their eyes wide open, as they hope to connect with the people and together tell their stories with the camera. It is far from just going to the Times Square of every country we visit. Cuba Moments encourages its travelers to become a local. The tourist postcards are our keys. Cuba Moments is planning a series of trips into the country of Cuba. A country where time has stood still, but the people are very much alive.
