BaiKu offers an extensive sushi menu with specialty nigiri, fresh fish being flown in fresh from Hawaii, as well as a healthy selection of engaging appetizers. Lunch will feature a noodle shop concept with ramen noodles made by Midwest Pasta especially for Baiku. The lobby lounge will offer a variety of great sake, wine and Japanese beer selections, including a 50-bottle wine list with an emphasis on Rieslings, interesting whites and Pinot Noirs, which all pair well with sushi. For 7 years we had a sushi restaurant called Sapporo located in Ballwin Missouri. In the middle of August 2013 we sold it. Moving forward to 2015 we have opened Sushi and ?, with intent to change the name to Sapporo 2. We're open seven days a week to please all customers. Our facility is kid safe with a flexible menu for all ages. We offer a selection of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, green tea, and iced tea.
