It’s never a dull meal at Roja Mexican Grill. THE STORY OF TWO TEXANS Roja Mexican Grill + Margarita Bar opened in Nebraska in 2004. But two of its owners hail from Texas. They met seemingly by fate, and an undeniable fondness for mouth-watering fare. One, a culinary explorer from Austin, traveled the region, sampling dishes from the Yucat án Peninsula to Baja California. The other, born and raised in Houston, developed a palate for border-style cuisine at a frighteningly young age when instead of strained peas, his mother mistakenly fed him hefty spoonfuls of homemade salsa verde. When the two met, mariachi filled the air and became what you and I know as Roja Mexican Grill + Margarita Bar.

Louie’s is obsessed with really good grapes, creative gourmet comfort food, and a funky fun atmosphere to share it in. We search all over the world to find you great wine, many of which come from our relationships with small, lesser known vineyards, at a great value to our guests. Wine is supposed to be Fun, not pretentious, so let us know when you taste that new varietal and how it changed what you thought wine was supposed to be. Taste of Thailand was established in Omaha, Nebraska in 2004 by Chalie and Areeya Malhotra. In 2013 Areeya and her husband Chalie made the difficult decision to retire, but were comforted by the fact the business has been handed over to the capable hands of their sons, Faruk and Rick. Born and raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand; Faruk and Rick Wanna immigrated to the United States in 1994 and attended Millard South High School. Faruk went on to obtain a degree from UNO while Rick began his full time career building his skills learning to cook and manage the family business. Faruk continued as a supporting staff member throughout the years while working full time as an IT. In 2013, with their respective families full support, the two brothers decided it was time to set out on their own and took over Taste of Thailand to serve up their own delicious Thai cuisine!
