Repair or replace existing plumbing fixtures or piping, including: - Bar sinks, kitchen sinks, disposals & air switches, ice makers lines, insta-hot taps, filtered water taps, - Faucets wall & sink mount, , shower valves, hand held showers, thermostatic valves, - Dewatering pumps or Sewage ejection pumps - Toilets wall & floor mount repair or replacement - Dishwasher installs and air-gaps - Pressure reducing valves Drain cleaning: - Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, floor drains - Main sewer line blockages (Call PSE for possible Gas Line Cross Bores) - Hydro water jet the sludge build up out of kitchen drain pipe lines as well as other drains to 4" - Trouble shoot and replace dewatering & sewage ejection pumps - Residential Electric Water Heaters (repair or replacement) 12 years is about end of life! - Install or replace water heater expansion tanks Sewer line video inspections: - Inspect your sewer line without having to dig it up - Determining the need for repairs or replacement in realtime - We will discuss the findings with you as we inspect your sewer line - The inspection is recorded with mention of key points w/snap shots *Please Note: We prefer to work with the actual property owner and must have their permission before performing work on any property.

The Henry M. Jackson Federal Building (JFB) is a 37-story United States Federal Government skyscraper in downtown Seattle, Washington. Located on the block bounded by Marion and Madison Streets and First and Second Avenues, the building was completed in 1974 and won the Honor Award of the American Institute of Architects in 1976. It received its current name after the death of U.S. Senator Henry M. Jackson in 1983. Architects for the project were Bassetti/Norton/Metler/Rekevics and John Graham & Associates.Among the structures torn down to build the federal building were the Richardsonian Romanesque Burke Building (built 1889–91), the Hotel Stevens, and the Tivoli Theater, a burlesque house. It is located across from the Old Federal Building.The building serves as a courthouse for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Other occupants of the building include the U.S. Treasury Department, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Thirteenth U.S. Coast Guard District.
