Our focus is on faith-filled words framed by the Word of God and acted upon daily. We also concentrate on those who’ve been physically or spiritually wounded, oppressed, or living in a state of confusion. Our ministry is not only a ministry where you can hear from God, through a biblical or prophetic word, but we believe that God is using us in these last days to fulfill the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We firmly stand on the Word of God as found in the Book of Matthew 28:18-19 which instructs us: “To go ye therefore and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.”

IRONMEN MEN'S MINISTRY Ironmen Men's Ministry focuses on reconnecting men back to God's original position of leadership, specifically; leadership of self, marriage, family, church, and community. The three values of discipleship, accountability, and brotherhood are foundational principals of the Ironmen's ministry. IMF Offers Breakfast Fellowships once a quarter and hosts a yearly retreat for men. MISSION VERSE The Ironmen's ministry is founded upon our mission verse Proverbs 27:17 which says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another”. Ironmen's ministry is supported on 3 biblical pillars: Brotherhood, Discipleship, and Accountability. VISION Our vision is to connect hundreds of men to the life changing power of Jesus Christ by developing intentional relationships(Brotherhood), purposeful spiritual growth (Discipleship), and deliberate responsibility for one’s own actions and others (Accountability) while being committed to all things God. PURPOSE We want to encourage and enable men to discover their uniqueness as husbands, fathers, businessmen, and leaders. It is our belief that when you win the man, you win the family. At the end of the day, we expect our men to impact their family, church, community, and workplace because they have experienced the power of Jesus Christ and found their calling as an authentic man of God. STRATEGY We accomplish our mission, vision, and purpose through strategic Ironmen’s events such as IMF Connect (Saturday Breakfast), IMF Recharge (overnight camping trips), our annual Men's retreat (Sky Ranch), and special events focused on a man's innate desire to compete, lead, and win. SO WHY GET INVOLVED? Because, men need other men to keep them sharp, aware, and alert. As men, we tend to gravitate towards isolation which causes us to become vulnerable to temptation, lust, and pride. We have found that a sustained life change happens when Jesus Christ is a man’s foundation and his building blocks are Brotherhood, Discipleship, and Accountability.

Proverbs 31:10-31 10 *Who can find a virtuous and capable wife? She is more precious than rubies. 11 Her husband can trust her, and she will greatly enrich his life. 12 She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. 13 She finds wool and flax and busily spins it. 14 She is like a merchant's ship, bringing her food from afar. 15 She gets up before dawn to prepare breakfast for her household and plan the day's work for her servant girls. 16 She goes to inspect a field and buys it; with her earnings she plants a vineyard. 17 She is energetic and strong, a hard worker. 18 She makes sure her dealings are profitable; her lamp burns late into the night. 19 Her hands are busy spinning thread, her fingers twisting fiber. 20 She extends a helping hand to the poor and opens her arms to the needy. 21 She has no fear of winter for her household, for everyone has warm* clothes. 22 She makes her own bedspreads. She dresses in fine linen and purple gowns. 23 Her husband is well known at the city gates, where he sits with the other civic leaders. 24 She makes belted linen garments and sashes to sell to the merchants. 25 She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. 26 When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. 27 She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness. 28 Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her: 29 "There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!" 30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the LORD will be greatly praised. 31 Reward her for all she has done. Let her deeds publicly declare her praise.

Our church family is made up of a diverse group of followers, from a variety of backgrounds and ages. We strive to be an active part of our community and to "make a difference" in the name of God. Each and every person who worships with us, whether a visitor or a lifelong member, is valued and appreciated as a child of God. Our congregation has been blessed with a large number of children. We recognize that the children are the future of our congregation and a true gift from God. We work to have an environment that engages the children. We feel that, in the church, children are to be seen and heard. (Matthew 18:10-5) Our growing congregation actively looks for opportunities to develop children's programs, and provide opportunities to involve the children in a variety of activities, which include: serving others, games, and other fellowship activities. We work under the adopted mission statement of "Leading people to Jesus by being his devoted followers." We strive to incorporate our congregation's recognized values into every church activity, worship service, and our own daily lives. The values of our congregation are as follows: LOVE 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.' — Matthew 22:37-39 SERVE 26 Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be first must be your slave— 28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” — Matthew 20:26-28 GROW 18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen. — 2 Peter 3:18 GLORIFY 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. — Ephesians 4:13 Our name is derived from 1 Peter 2:21. "To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps."
